У складу са Законом о утврђивању финансијске подршке привредним субјектима за одржавање ликвидности и обртна средства у oтежаним економским условима услед пандемије COVID-19 изазване вирусом SARS-CоV-2 (“Службени гласник РС”, бр. 76/2021), Фонд за развој Републике Србије налази се у процесу доношења одлука о примљеним захтевима за кредит и потписивања уговора о кредиту са крајњим корисницима.

Предвиђено је да средства за примену Закона почну да буду доступна почетком 2022. године, по динамици уплате кредита од стране Европске инвестиционе банке.

Joint statement of the European Investment Bank, the Ministry of Economy and the Development Fund of the Republic of Serbia regarding the implementation of the Law on Maintaining Liquidity and Working Capital in Difficult Economic Conditions Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic

In accordance with the Law on Determining Financial Support to Economic Entities for Maintaining Liquidity and Working Capital in Difficult Economic Conditions Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic SARS-COV-2 Virus (Official Gazette of RS, No. 76/2021), Development Fund of the Republic Serbia is in the process of making decisions on received loan applications and signing loan agreements with end users.

Subject to the disbursement of the loan by the European Investment Bank, it is envisaged that the funds for the implementation of the Law will start being available at the beginning of 2022.
